We do not accept returns or exchanges. If products are damaged at the time of shipping and we will replace it immediately. Email's can be sent to

We only replace Malurra’s palm items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at and we will have it replaced! We want to ensure you are happy with your palm purchase at all times.
