We do not accept returns or exchanges. If products are damaged at the time of shipping and we will replace it immediately. Email's can be sent to email@example.com.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase along with an image of damaged product if any.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace Malurra’s palm items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will have it replaced! We want to ensure you are happy with your palm purchase at all times.
